Integration of the e-shop with the VARIO system

Comprehensive synchronization of customer data between the e-shop and the ERP system Vario in both directions. New customer registrations are possible directly on the e-shop or in the Vario system. Contact information, customer categorization by groups, and individual pricing conditions for each client are automatically transferred.

The Vario system automatically exports selected products from the inventory management system to the Dmpshop© platform. During synchronization, complete product information is transferred, including names and descriptions, attached images and files, current sales prices in Czech korunas and other currencies, as well as current stock levels.

Dmpshop© retrieves up-to-date stock levels through automatic synchronizations at set intervals. Current product availability can be displayed not only to customers of the e-shop but also in feeds for price comparison platforms.

The system automatically applies pricing rules based on the customer's affiliation with a specific group and product categorization. The e-shop displays individual prices according to the customer category the user belongs to and the product groups they are purchasing from.

E-shop orders are instantly transferred to the Vario order management system, including complete information such as customer identification, billing and shipping addresses, selected shipping and payment options, and a detailed list of ordered products. In return, the Vario system informs the e-shop about the progress of processing and fulfilling each order.
