Project Manager

We are a digital agency focused on creating large websites and B2B/B2C e-commerce projects. We have been on the market for over 10 years. In terms of the project development cycle, we provide services from A to Z: from initial analysis, through design and programming, to marketing services including monitoring, management, and evaluation.

• We work agile in small teams with weekly sprints. We hold weekly retrospectives, joint planning sessions, and daily stand-ups.
• For project management, we use Jira Software and Confluence by Atlassian.
• We host projects in the cloud and leverage Microsoft Azure services.
• We are partners with Microsoft, Google, and Seyfor.
• We strive to build strong relationships and long-term partnerships with our clients.
• We focus on the quality of our projects and aim to keep improving. We have established code reviews, regular developer meetings, and we participate in conferences.

What do we expect from you?

• Design, planning, and coordination of the implementation of primarily e-commerce projects.
• Management of the project team and active communication with clients.
• Accountability for project quality, meeting deadlines, and client satisfaction
  Identification of key client needs and offering potential solutions.
• Excellent organizational, presentation, and communication skills and very good demeanor.
• Experience in project management of larger internet solution projects - ideally e-commerce.
• You take ownership of your assigned projects and do everything possible for their successful completion.
• You can negotiate and assert yourself.
• You are a team player.
